About Us

Westwood Place Cooperative Homes was built in two phases.  Westwood Place was funded by the federal and provincial government and the construction was overseen by the municipal government.

During the construction of Phase 2 of Westwood Place, the provincial government provided funding. This paved the way for the construction of units, the office, and the meeting room.

Phase 1 of the construction of Westwood Place was funded by the federal government and Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CHMC). Westwood Place had requested a small number of new units and was granted the required funds to complete this project.  

Westwood Place Cooperative Homes received more funding to be able to replace many amenities such as windows and doors in recent history.

Due to the construction of Westwood Place Cooperative Homes having been completed in two seperate phases, Westwood is located at two different locations.  Westwood Place Cooperative Homes is located at 6600 Kalar Road and 6550 Road in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
